The end of the May half term saw the final day that our Year 11 students would be in school as a full year group and a special leavers’ assembly was held to mark their departure.

Published 26/05/23The final day of the May half term was marked by rewarding students who had achieved good attendance and maintained a good behaviour record with a summer treat. All those who had successfully met the Academy’s targets were rewarded with an ice cream treat and all students were able to wear non-uniform clothing.

Published 26/05/23Police Officers from the Kirklees District Early Action Team worked with students from Year 8 and Year 9 as part of the PEAK (Positive Engagement Against Knives) project. The project supports young people and their wider communities and helps them feel safer, realise their potential, and improve community cohesion.
