Table Tennis Tournament
A group of four students from years 8 & 9 and four students from years 10 & 11 travelled to Upper Batley High School to take part in a Table Tennis Tournament. All the students represented the Academy with a great sense of pride and enthusiasm.
With some excellent performances on display, we managed to pick up the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals in the year 10/11 fixtures. Competition was fierce in the year 8/9 fixtures and although Upper Batley took 1st and 2nd place medals, our youngest student, entered from year 8, was able to secure the 3rd place medal.
Well done to everyone involved, you did us proud!
