Students enjoy a fabulous end of half term reward

The final day of the first half term was marked by a special rewards event at the Academy where students were rewarded for good attendance and behaviour.

Organised by Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Ali, all students recognised for making a positive start to the new school year were invited to a special ‘inflatables’ event.  Students were given a one-hour treat where they could tackle a massive 90-foot assault course and play on the bowling arcade.

The giant ‘inflatables’ were set up in the Academy’s Sports Hall where, throughout the day, hundreds of students were able to join in the fun.

We encourage all students to ensure that they have excellent attendance as this is vital to their education. Further, we encourage everyone to exemplify good behaviour.  Next half term students will have the opportunity to vote for their chosen reward and everyone will have the chance of participating provided that they demonstrate good behaviour and attendance.

Be NICE, work HARD.
