Students take part in Shakespeare Schools Festival
A group of Academy students gave an outstanding performance of Othello at Barnsley Civic, on 29th March, when they took part in the Shakespeare Schools Festival. They performed alongside two other Secondary schools on the night.
The event was organised by English teacher, Miss Wrighton, who told us: “Their professionalism in the theatre throughout the performance day was fantastic and they did the Academy proud.”
