Academy students create decorations for Christmas Tree exhibition
We are delighted to contribute a decorated tree to the annual Christmas Tree exhibition taking place at Dewsbury Minster. Trees are donated by various community groups and organisations from the local area.
The decorations for the Academy’s tree were created by students from Year 8 in our after-school art club, led by Art teacher, Mrs Shires-Haigh.
The tree looks fantastic and can be viewed at the Minster along with exhibits from other local groups. The exhibition is open to the public from 10.00am to 1.00pm daily up to Christmas.
